A live 90 minute small group leadership workshop on Zoom with Tanya Stone, founder and CEO of Stone Catalyst and Associates.

Offered twice a month in two tracks. The 2:00pm session is designed for organizations and the leaders inside them who want to bring this work to their teams. The 6:00pm session is designed for the individual leader investing in her own leadership journey. Same framework, same mirror, with the conversation shaped around who is in the room.
What We Will Do in Our 90 Minutes Together
This is a working session, so come ready to write and be honest with yourself.
We start with why culture change never sticks, and why that was never a failure of effort on your part.
Then we put a number on it, what an uncared-for culture actually costs in turnover, tenure, and the bench you do not have.
Then you meet the eight Leadership Archetypes and find yours, along with the one you become under pressure, which for most leaders is a different answer.
Then you meet your shadow. Your shadow is not your flaw, it is your strength run too long with nobody checking it, and it is shaping your culture whether you have named it or not.
And you face the mirror. Three questions, answered in writing, and you leave with one sentence in your own words about what needs to change first.
